Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section
Water supply has been restored to Uisce Éireann customers in the Dublin City area after repairs were carried out overnight on a burst water main on Harcourt Road.
Our crews completed complex repairs overnight to minimise disruption to the wider community. Water has now been restored to customers in the Camden St, Clanbrassil St, Harcourt St, and South Circular Road areas.
Uisce Éireann’s Eoin Coughlan said: “We understand the disruption an unplanned outage like this can cause and would like to thank customers for their patience while crews worked to repair this major burst overnight.”
Typically, it takes three to four hours following repairs for normal supply to be restored to all affected customers. However, it may take longer for customers at the end of the network or on higher ground as the system recharges.
Any customer who has not had their normal supply restored this morning should contact Uisce Éireann’s customer team on 1800 278 278.
